Weber Animal Control picked Rascal up living in an Ogden neighborhood where residents had been taking care of him. He had been "on the lamb" for months, sneaking snacks from various neighbors. But this situation was not ideal as he had no shelter and the coming winter threatened his health and safety. After animal control picked him up, they gave Ching a call and we were able to give him a safe forever home.
