Ostrich
Originally six ostriches' caregivers went on a mission. While the couple was gone, their children decided to get rid of the flock of ostriches. We aren't sure why, but when Mike went to pick them up, it was a mess. There were eggs everywhere, it was over a hundred degrees, and a group of men were chasing the ostriches and emus around with guns. One of the men had even shot one of the emus.
Somehow, Mike was able to get the five ostriches and a few of the emus back to Ching. Unfortunately, one of the ostriches died the next day from heat exhaustion and stress. Shortly there after the smaller female died. Over time one more male and female died of what we are told from the vets was probably old age and we are down to just the large male who got a special name from Mr. Ching as well, his name is Tong Ho after an oriental vegetable.
